These terms govern your use of zmanage.com and the zmanage applications and services (the "Services") provided by Z Management Group ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Using the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You must not misuse the Services, including by interfering with their operation, attempting to access them other than through the interfaces we provide, or using them to infringe others' rights.
Your account
Some Services require you to sign in, for example with your Google Account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Google services
If you connect your Google Account, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms. You can revoke the Services' access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. How we handle Google user data is described in our privacy policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data you provide through the Services. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the Services to you, as described in our privacy policy.
Our property
The Services, including their software, design and branding, are owned by Z Management Group and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any right to use our names, logos or other brand features.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Z Management Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
